7月16日，长鑫科技公告称，公司首次公开发行股票并在科创板上市网上发行申购情况及中签率公布。本次发行价格为8.66元/股，网上发行有效申购户数为9428778户，有效申购股数为8169.20亿股。回拨机制启动后，网上最终发行数量为385，110.35万股。
换而言之，长鑫这次网上发行最终中签率约为0.47141739%。
