7月16日，凌玮科技（301373.SZ）公告，为进一步落实全球化发展战略，完善欧洲市场布局，提升海外市场运营及客户服务能力，公司拟以自有资金通过全资子公司凌玮控股（香港）有限公司在德国投资设立全资孙公司，投资金额不超过500万欧元。目标公司成立后，将纳入公司合并报表范围，成为公司新增的全资孙公司。
