7月16日，新黄河记者接到报料称，15日下午，辽宁省葫芦岛市附近海域一橡皮艇漏油起火爆炸，事故疑造成人员伤亡。
7月16日16时许，记者致电葫芦岛市应急管理局，工作人员表示，事故正在处理中，具体情况并不了解。
葫芦岛市海洋与渔业行政执法队工作人员表示，事故发生于15日下午，省里工作组已进驻，事故原因正在调查中，具体情况并不了解。
