作为上海最早的工人新村之一，从2005年起，静安区彭浦新村开始了一场持续二十年的城市更新。其中，作为目前上海市中心城区最大规模旧住房成套改造“原拆原建”项目的彭一小区，去年7月起向2110户居民交付新房。告别了多年“煤卫合用、拥挤老旧”的居住困境，居民们的居住质感如何？记者最近做了回访。
