苏州市气象台2026年07月10日23时21分升级发布台风黄色预警信号：受今年第9号台风“巴威”影响，预计11日至13日我市持续8级以上东南大风，12日最大阵风10~11级；并伴有分散性雷阵雨，部分地区雨量可达大雨。市水务局、应急局、气象局提醒注意防范。
