如今芯片的精度已达纳米级，相当于头发丝的万分之一，但标定制造设备精度的"纳米尺"长期被欧美垄断。同济大学程鑫彬团队历经20余年攻关，另辟蹊径嵌入自然常数，造出了"自来准"的中国纳米标尺，获得2025年度国家科技进步一等奖。
