齊合環保公告稱，公司曾嘗試與FTI Consulting及債權人協商結清未償還債務，但未取得成果。7月7日，公司作為原告向香港高等法院提交訴狀，要求聲明接管人及管理人委任無效並撤銷其行為，頒佈禁制令禁止接管人採取行動。公司股份自2025年4月1日起暫停買賣，將繼續暫停直至另行通知，以待履行復牌指引。
