近日，绿城管理控股发布自愿性公告，披露2026年上半年业务更新情况。
公告显示，截至2026年6月30日，绿城管理新拓代建项目合约总建筑面积1352万平方米，同比下降约32.0%；新拓代建项目代建费预估34.1亿元，同比下降约31.7%。
同期，该集团新拓项目中一二线城市代建费占比约64.3%，同比提升5.2个百分点；重复委托项目占比24.5%，同比提升2.5个百分点。截至6月末，其在手订单总面积约1.2亿平方米。
