党旗猎猎，盛夏滚烫。6月30日，在中国共产党成立105周年之际，仙游县总医院党委联合海安集团党委，开展“红色领航·医企共强”主题活动。双方以党组织联建为纽带，推动优质医疗资源下沉产业一线，为上市企业高质量发展筑牢健康后盾。

Beneath the blazing summer sun, party flags ripple in the wind. On June 30, as the Communist Party of China marks its 105th anniversary, the Party Committee of Xianyou County General Hospital joined forces with the Party Committee of Haian Group to launch a themed hospital-enterprise partnership initiative, "Red Flag Leading, Hospital-Enterprise Shared Strength." With party organization co-building as the link, the two sides worked to channel quality medical resources to the front line of industry, building a solid health foundation for the high-quality development of a listed enterprise.

仙游县总医院党员干部走进海安集团，先后参观生产车间与党建文化阵地，实地察看党建与生产经营融合落地成效。大家实地观摩全钢巨胎智能化生产线，近距离感受实体产业实干底色。海安集团党委朱来水书记陪同参观党建文化展厅，系统介绍企业党建与经营管理、生产发展深度融合的实践路径。公司坚持以党建为引领，充分激活群团组织力量，聚焦服务职工、凝聚队伍、涵养和谐氛围，以红色动能赋能企业高质量发展。

Party member representatives and officials from Xianyou County General Hospital toured Haian Group, visiting production workshops and party-building cultural facilities to observe firsthand how party building and business operations have been integrated in practice. They witnessed the intelligent production line of all-steel giant OTR tires at close range, experiencing the solid, hands-on character of the manufacturing industry. Zhu Laishui, secretary of the Party Committee of Haian Group, accompanied the visitors on a tour of the Party building and culture exhibition hall, providing a comprehensive overview of the practical approaches through which corporate Party building and management, production development have been deeply integrated. The company firmly adheres to the leadership of Party building, fully activates the power of collective organizations, focuses on serving employees, consolidating the team, and cultivating a harmonious atmosphere, and uses the red energy to empower the company’s high-quality development.

参观间隙，总医院医护人员现场开展应急救护实操教学，细致演示海姆立克急救法，向现场员工代表普及实操要点，把健康宣教、安全实训融入党建共建全过程。

During the tour, medical staff from the General Hospital conducted hands-on emergency rescue training, meticulously demonstrating the Heimlich maneuver and explaining practical techniques to employee representatives on site — embedding health education and safety training into the entire party co-building process.

党建领航 签订协议压实责任

Party Building Leads — Signing Agreements to Anchor Responsibilities

在双方党员代表的共同见证下，仙游县总医院与海安集团签署《党建共建协议书》和《医疗服务合作协议书》。两份协议明确长效联动机制，承载的不仅是一份合作承诺，更是医疗机构服务实体经济、公立医院担当社会责任的一份厚重答卷。

Witnessed by party member representatives from both sides, Xianyou County General Hospital and Haian Group signed the Party Co-Building Agreement and the Medical Service Cooperation Agreement. The two agreements establish a long-term coordination mechanism, carrying not only a commitment to cooperation, but also a profound answer to the question of how medical institutions can serve the real economy and how public hospitals can shoulder social responsibility.
