6月29日，ST龙大（002726）发布公告，公司控股股东蓝润发展控股集团有限公司因质押式证券回购违约，其持有的公司927万股股份被强制执行。
此次被动减持的股份占公司总股本的0.80%，减持金额不超过476万元，减持方式为大宗交易或集中竞价交易，执行期间为2026年7月3日至2026年9月30日。
2026年一季度，ST龙大实现收入20.58亿元，归母净利润-99万元。
