据青年报，近日，上海市民吴先生反映称，其在浦东前滩扫了一辆蓝色哈啰单车，骑了79分钟，账单显示需支付30元。 吴先生称，其儿子骑的“小黄车”同样时间只要6.5元，事后他查询发现，自己骑的这辆车为哈啰“追风者”共享变速车。
