智通财经讯，北京汽车(01958)公布，由于工作变动，顾铁民先生将不再担任非执行董事及董事会薪酬委员会成员。上述变动自新董事委任获批准之日起生效。
董事会建议委任肖家金先生为非执行董事，并进一步提议选聘肖家金先生担任薪酬委员会成员。全部任期自股东会批准之日起至第五届董事会任期届满为止。
