稷山作为后稷故里，青龙寺留存元明两代珍贵水陆壁画，总面积近两百平方米。壁画以三世佛、菩萨、罗汉为核心，兼绘道儒诸神，三教相融。画师以流畅铁线描勾勒衣袂，矿物颜料敷彩，红青底色历经岁月仍温润古雅。诸佛庄穆、胁侍温婉、罗汉神态鲜活，祥云纹饰繁复精巧，场面宏大层次分明，是晋南元代壁画的传世佳作。
