格隆汇6月15日丨九源基因(02566.HK)宣布，公司已撤销监事会，自2026年6月15日起生效。监事的职权将由董事会审核委员会行使。叶建才、徐飞虎及赵飞将不再担任公司监事，公司治理政策中有关监事及监事会的相关条文将相应废除。
