缅甸建设部投标委员会宣布，仰光省内的12块工业用地将向国内外投资者长期出租。
由建设部下属的城市与住房发展局管理的仰光省内的12块工业用地，向有意投资的国内外企业家提供为期30年（20年+5年+5年）的长期租赁。
有意租赁的公司可于2026年6月8日前往建设部下属的城市与住房发展局（位于内比都第40号办公楼）购买招标文件。
