山西省应急管理厅副厅长张和平涉嫌严重违纪违法，涉通洲集团留神峪煤业有限公司“5·22”特别重大瓦斯爆炸事故，目前正接受山西省纪委监委纪律审查和监察调查。
5月22日19时29分，山西长治市沁源县山西通洲集团留神峪煤业有限公司井下发生瓦斯爆炸事故，截至目前事故已造成82人遇难、2人失联、128人受伤。
