北京商报讯（记者 孔文燮）6月5日，贝因美发布公告，控股股东小贝大美控股前期被浙江省杭州市中级人民法院司法冻结的4724万股股份于2026年6月3日解除冻结，占其持有公司股份总数的35.62%以及公司总股本的4.37%。
