5月25日，成都高新区商务文旅局、成都高新区卫健局发布情况通报：
5月25日，媒体报道中和大道维也纳酒店、萃华路全季酒店存在未严格落实公共场所卫生管理主体责任的问题。
对此，我们高度重视，组织相关部门、街道赶赴现场调查核实，重点围绕客房清洁消杀、布草更换管理、从业人员操作规范等环节开展逐项检查，约谈涉事酒店负责人，责令立即整改，并全面落实内部卫生管理制度。
下一步，将根据调查核实情况，依法依规严肃处理。同时，举一反三，在全区范围内开展酒店行业专项整治，强化监督检查，确保合法规范经营，切实维护消费者权益。
