《科创板日报》18日讯，在“开局起步‘十五五’”上海专场新闻发布会上，上海市市长龚正表示，十五五期间，上海将着力强化国际科技创新中心策源功能，深化战略科技力量建设，推动基础研究和关键核心技术攻关，到2030年全社会研发经费支出相当于GDP的比例提高到5%以上。（记者 王耐）
