近日，兰州市医保局全面压缩门诊慢特病审批时限。常规病种办结时限由20个工作日压缩至15个工作日，为血液透析、恶性肿瘤（放化疗）、器官移植抗排异等10个诊疗费高、病情危重的特殊病种开通绿色通道，全程优先审核审批，7个工作日内快速办结。
