财联社5月13日电，湘财股份(600095.SH)公告称，公司收到上交所通知，同意恢复审核公司换股吸收合并上海大智慧股份有限公司并募集配套资金暨关联交易事项。此前因申请文件中估值报告到期及财务数据过有效期，上交所中止审核。公司已会同中介机构完成数据更新并提交恢复申请。本次交易尚需上交所审核通过及证监会注册，存在不确定性。
