财联社5月12日电，受AI交易热潮降温影响，美股芯片与半导体设备板块周二普遍回落，资金开始从高估值科技股撤离。费城半导体指数（SOX）盘中跌超5%，多只AI核心概念股遭遇抛售。闪迪（SNDK）重挫8.21%，英特尔跌9.09%，高通下跌11.90%，美光科技跌6.76%，阿斯麦下跌5.22%，泛林集团、甲骨文、AMD及台积电跌幅均超过3%。作为AI算力龙头，英伟达亦下跌1.38%，显示市场风险偏好明显降温。
