中国国航5月12日晚间公告，经董事会提名委员会事先审议通过，董事会同意提名林绍波为公司非执行董事人选。公告简历显示，林绍波于2019年8月19日起担任国泰航空董事，2023年1月1日起担任行政总裁，同时为香港快运航空有限公司主席及香港太古集团有限公司董事。
