5月12日，启明信息（002232）发布公告，公司董事会同意聘任吕洋为董事会秘书，任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至第七届董事会届满之日止。
吕洋，34岁，曾长期任职于中国第一汽车集团体系，曾任中国第一汽车股份有限公司技术中心财务会计、研发项目核算专员，集团公司财务部外派会计、财务主管等岗位。
2026年一季度，启明信息实现收入1.90亿元，归母净利润7万元。
