今日，潍坊市住房公积金管理中心发布公告，进一步优化 部分公积金使用政策，除了提高公积金贷款额度、优化公积金贷款住房套数认定标准外，还扩大了提取范围，包括“代际互助”提取、老旧住房更新改造提取以及物业费提取。 物业费提取政策规定，缴存人及配偶合计每年按物业费提取总额不超过固定额度 3000元。（来源：潍坊公积金）
