据央视新闻，当地时间5月11日，特朗普政府当天请求美国法院暂停执行此前针对10%全球关税作出的不利裁决，以便联邦政府继续推进上诉程序。
据悉，美国国际贸易法院于5月8日裁定反对相关新关税措施，但并未全面叫停关税征收。特朗普政府已于8日正式提出上诉。如果法院批准暂停执行相关裁决，那么此前起诉政府关税政策的三家进口商将重新面临10%的全球关税。
