5月11日，*ST仕净（301030.SZ）公告称，公司收到苏州中院通知书，债权人常熟山木电器以公司不能清偿到期债务且明显缺乏清偿能力，但具有重整价值为由，申请对公司进行预重整。法院已于2026年5月8日立案审查。该申请能否被受理、公司能否进入预重整或重整程序均存在不确定性。若重整失败，公司存在被宣告破产及股票终止上市的风险。
