厦钨新能（688778）发布公告，公司于2026年5月11日召开了职工代表大会，同意选举余炳担任职工代表董事。
余炳，1984年出生，曾任厦门钨业（600549）海沧分公司制造四部储备干部IE专员，厦门钨业海沧分公司企业管理部管理推进专员、行政主管，现任本公司办公室主任。
2026年一季度，厦钨新能实现收入65.85亿元，归母净利润2.20亿元。
