北京商报讯（记者 宋亦桐）5月9日，北京金融监管局发布《关于北京银行股份有限公司资本工具计划发行额度的批复》，同意该行资本工具计划发行额度不超过600亿元人民币。北京金融监管局指出，北京银行可在批准额度内，自主决定具体工具品种、发行时间、批次和规模，并于批准后的24个月内完成发行。
