财联社5月8日电，新加坡将出台新的限制措施以抑制部分房屋转卖，政府希望以此减少短期投机行为，提高住房的可负担性。国家发展部长周五在讲话中表示，政府将针对执行共管公寓(EC)推出新措施，此类公寓的最低居住年限将延长一倍至10年，这是为进一步帮助首次购屋者买房的举措之一。
