数据显示，5月1日至5日，广州一手住宅市场热度显著提升，全市一手楼盘日均到访量8692组次，同比增长30.8%，日均认购量634套，同比增长50.1%。二手住宅市场保持平稳增长。假期日均带看人次、日均认购量较4月分别增长15.6%、5.2%，认购量同比增长63.4%，同时二手房新增挂牌量有所回落。（新华社）
