近日，人民日报客户端“萍观”栏目专访北京人民艺术剧院院长冯远征。冯远征坦言，很早之前就已经关注到张雪机车，“骑着破摩托车，追着摄制组追了100多公里……当时我觉得这孩子挺有骨气。”后来看到张雪机车在国际赛场夺冠，冯远征对张雪表达了由衷赞赏，他同时勉励年轻人，“抱怨只能使自己消沉，但是积极努力可能在普通的工作岗位上放光芒。”有梦想就去追，追梦的过程最重要。
