一是深挖数据价值，构筑“征信赋能‘五篇大文章’数智库”。按照“人行牵头、各方联动、市场运作、分步实施”的原则，组建由人民银行、征信机构和金融机构专业人才构成的工作专班，搭建“征信创新实验室”。构建“金融大数据+知识产权+企业自主申报”多源数据融合架构，聚焦知识产权、研发投入、人才薪酬等关键指标开展深度数据挖掘，梳理形成科创属性企业名录超12.6万户，省级以上高新技术产业园区企业采数率超80%。

三是培育场景应用，推动成果高效转化落地。选取三家试点银行基于《科创力专项征信报告》及评价模型开展充分论证，针对性研发“赣科新易贷”系列科技金融线上融资产品，推动沉睡数据成为“可采、可算、可贷”的新型生产要素。产品上线仅两个月即累计发放贷款304笔、金额突破11.55亿元，市场响应热烈。

成效非常明显，接下来怎么办？将从三方面持续发力，推动工程扩面提质、长效赋能：一是扩大推广覆盖面。指导三家试点银行率先提炼可复制、易推广的授信样板，带动全省机构用好《科创力专项征信报告》增信功能，加大“赣科新易贷”系列产品投放，让政策红利惠及更多科创企业；二是筑牢风险防控底线。严格保障数据安全与系统稳定，建立动态跟踪评估机制，引导全行业规范开展科创信用融资业务；三是丰富征信产品谱系。持续深化跨区域、跨行业及央地合作，扩容“征信赋能数智库”数据维度与饱和度，丰富多元化、定制化征信产品与服务谱系，提升征信服务对重点领域和薄弱环节的覆盖能力，为经济社会高质量发展持续赋能。
