李雨桐泄露薛之谦手机号、身份证号，被警方行拘

4月19日，据法治进行时报道，李某桐泄露薛之谦手机号、身份证号，被北京朝阳分局依法行政拘留。

Police have detained a suspect for leaking the personal information of Chinese singer Xue Zhiqian, including his phone number and identification details, authorities said.

据报道，公安机关现查明2026年3月间，李某桐在北京市某酒店房间，发微博公布薛之谦手机号、开直播公布薛之谦身份证的方式侵犯个人信息，后被查获。目前，李某桐被朝阳分局依法行政拘留。

Investigators said the individual, surnamed Li, posted the singer's phone number on social media in March 2026 and later disclosed his identification number during a livestream from a hotel room in Beijing.

北京潮石音乐科技有限公司的工作人员在接受采访时表示，李某桐泄露艺人薛之谦身份证号码，导致艺人和其家人被“开盒”，包括其未成年的孩子的个人隐私在网络传播，泄露艺人手机号，导致艺人手机被骚扰短信和电话轰炸，微信被频繁骚扰添加，艺人因此不敢开机，严重威胁了其本人及家人的人身安全，公安机关经过调查认定李某桐违反法律规定，对李某桐处以行政拘留的处罚。

Staff from the artist's agency, Chaoshi Music, said the leak triggered widespread doxxing, exposing private details of the singer and his family, including his underage child. It also led to sustained harassment, including spam calls and messages, forcing him to keep his phone switched off over safety concerns.

Police said the actions violated laws on the protection of personal information and that the suspect had been placed under administrative detention.

3月2日晚，歌手薛之谦前女友李雨桐发布微博实名举报薛之谦涉嫌重婚罪，并指控薛之谦导致自己堕胎及长期遭受网暴。相关话题迅速引发热议，引爆热搜。

据了解，李雨桐当天发布的“爆料”微博已超过20条，公开喊话薛之谦称要公开所有的真相，“把你丑恶的嘴脸公之于众……你自己做了什么自己知道”，并要求其归还手表、西装等物品。

起初，她在微博评论区喊话“君子报仇，十年不晚”，随后，李雨桐发文否认蹭薛之谦流量。

The case follows accusations by former partner Li Yutong, who on March 2 alleged in a series of widely shared posts that the singer had committed bigamy and other misconduct. She said she had evidence and demanded the return of personal belongings, while denying she was seeking attention.

对此，薛之谦所属经纪公司上海潮声音乐有限公司发布声明回应称：“‘李雨桐Luyee’近日在微博持续发布有关薛之谦先生的严重失实内容且其捏造对话内容挑起纷争，上述行为是对薛之谦先生的恶意诽谤行为。”

In a statement, Chaoshi Music rejected the allegations as fabricated and defamatory.

3月5日，@围脖侠 发文：经平台核实，用户@李雨桐Luyee 通过直播方式曝光他人身份证号等个人隐私信息，并引导个别网友产生网络暴力情绪，因违反社区公约，目前已受到禁言处置。也提醒广大用户，请务必遵守法律法规及平台规则，自觉抵制侵权行为和网络暴力等行为，尊重他人隐私，与平台携手共同维护清朗网络环境及广大用户权益。

On March 5, platform authorities said the account had exposed sensitive personal data via livestream and incited online harassment, and was later restricted for violating community rules.
