4月16日，芯片产业链震荡上行，上游设备股表现占优。截至收盘，中证半导体材料设备主题指数上涨1.4%，上证科创板芯片设计主题指数上涨1.3%，中证芯片产业指数上涨1.2%，上证科创板芯片指数上涨1.1%，半导体设备ETF易方达(159558，联接基金A/C：021893/021894)今日净申购达1300万份。Wind数据显示，该ETF昨日获2.5亿元资金净流入。
