人民财讯4月16日电，据“郑州发布”，4月16日，郑州住房公积金管理中心发布通知，调整住房公积金个人住房贷款借款人年龄上限。延迟退休的职工办理住房公积金个人住房贷款时，在贷款期限最长不超过30年前提下，贷款到期时间男性由原来的65岁延长至68岁、女性由原来的60岁延长至63岁。通知自发布之日起执行。
