△乌克兰首都基辅遭袭
当地时间16日，乌克兰国家电力公司发布消息称，受俄罗斯对乌能源基础设施发动袭击的影响，截至当天上午，乌境内多地出现用户断电情况。
乌克兰国家电力公司表示，在安全条件允许的区域，电力抢修工作已全面开展。
