雷达财经讯，天眼查App显示，近日，上海飞机制造有限公司发生工商变更，注册资本由123.1亿人民币增至162.3亿人民币，增幅约32%。
该公司成立于1982年8月，法定代表人为张小光，经营范围含民用飞机等航空器及相关产品的研制、生产、改装、试飞、交付、销售、维修、仓储、服务业务，承接飞机零部件的加工生产业务等，由中国商用飞机有限责任公司全资持股。
