证券日报网讯4月15日，智云股份发布公告称，公司于近日收到公司财务总监张秀敏女士提交的书面辞职报告。张秀敏女士因个人原因提请辞去公司财务总监职务，上述职务原定任职期限为2025年06月05日至2026年11月26日。辞去上述职务后，张秀敏女士仍在公司及子公司担任其他职务。
