4月15日，上交所官网信息显示，张小义已履新上交所党委委员、副总经理。资料显示，张小义现年51岁，法学博士。证券时报记者获悉，张小义长期在上交所工作，此前曾担任上交所上市公司管理一部总监、债券业务中心常务副主任等职务。
