4月13日，杭氧股份（002430）发布公告，公司董事会秘书葛前进因工作安排需要辞去职务，辞任后仍担任副总经理及总会计师，辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。
葛前进在任期内持有公司股份6.3万股，离任后将继续遵守相关股份变动规定。
公司于2026年4月13日召开董事会，决定聘任高春凤为新的董事会秘书，任期至第八届董事会任期结束。
2025年，杭氧股份实现收入150.83亿元，归母净利润9.49亿元。
