绿景中国公告称，本集团预计截至2025年止年度将录得亏损约人民币97亿元，而截至2024年12月31日止年度则录得亏损约人民币54亿元。年度亏损增加主要是由于在当前不利的房地产市场环境下投资物业公允价值亏损增加；发展中物业及持作待售物业之减值亏损计提拨备所致。
