据 The Information 报道，加密硬件钱包制造商 Ledger 已聘请前 Circle 高管 John Andrews 担任首席财务官（CFO），为潜在首次公开募股（IPO）做准备。Andrews 此前负责 Circle 的资本市场与投资者关系并参与其 IPO 工作。Ledger 同时正于纽约设立办公室以拓展美国业务，并已与多家投行接洽，IPO 估值或超过 40 亿美元。Andrews 表示，在当前市场波动背景下，公司 IPO 计划可能会有所推迟。
