据人民日报报道，伊朗《德黑兰时报》社交账号3月19日消息称，据伊朗议员透露，伊朗议会正在推动一项法案，根据该法案，如果霍尔木兹海峡被用作船舶交通、能源和粮食运输的安全通道，相关国家有义务向伊朗支付通行费和税款。
