3月12日午间，阳光100中国在港交所公告，于2026年3月6日，海通国际金融服务有限公司和海通国际金融产品有限公司（统称呈请人）就公司于2025年3月19日尚未支付的赎回价格205,019,142.44美元（含应计利息），向香港特别行政区高等法院提交一份针对公司的清盘呈请。呈请将于2026年5月20日（星期三）上午10时于高等法院进行聆讯。公司于2026年3月10日收到呈请。
