3月11日，三安光电（600703.SH）在互动平台表示，公司与清华大学、中国移动等主体在Micro LED光电器件与高速光通讯领域展开深度合作，共同推进相关技术的研发与应用验证。公司生产的Micro LED光源器件性能卓越，已送样国内外头部企业进行模组组装验证。公司已在Micro LED材料和器件方面布局国内外专利400余件。
