财联社3月10日电，美联物业分析师岑颂谦指出，据美联物业研究中心综合土地注册处资料，按已知买家姓名作分析，今年2月内地买家(以买家姓名的英文拼音鉴别)于香港一二手住宅市场的注册量共录1,365宗，金额约155.8亿港元，宗数环比上升约10.4%，金额更环比显著攀升约23.1%。
