财联社3月5日电，早盘超硬材料概念活跃，四方达涨超10%，力量钻石、沃尔德、黄河旋风、惠丰钻石、国机精工跟涨。消息面上，3月3日，Akash Systems 宣布推出并上市首批采用 Diamond Cooling® 金刚石冷却技术、搭载 AMD Instinct™ MI350X GPU 的AI服务器。这标志着继英伟达H200之后，金刚石散热技术首次落地AMD高端AI芯片。
