下半年除了国庆中秋就没假了，能不能给全国来个“秋假”？全国政协委员陆铭表示，为促进消费，建议优化假期分布，全国推广“秋假”。借鉴浙江、四川经验，秋季放假能有效刺激消费。可将此制度从中小学生延伸至大学生，并为家长提供灵活休假配套，以便全家出游。
