欧盟委员会2月9日公告称，已向Meta发出异议声明，初步认定Meta通过阻止第三方人工智能助手访问和交互WhatsApp用户，违反了欧盟反垄断法规，Meta的行为可能阻碍竞争对手进入或拓展快速增长的人工智能助手市场。欧盟委员会拟采取临时措施，在Meta作出答复并行使辩护权的前提下，防止该政策变更对市场造成严重且不可逆的损害。
